Alkaline water is a unique identifier that describes the properties of a specific drinking water produced by an alkaline ionized water treatment machines.
Ordinary water consists of H2O molecules and OH- and H+ ions in very small quantities. These ions provide the acidic or alkaline qualities to the water.
