Alkaline Diet Recipes

An alkaline diet is composed of alkaline recipes rich in alkalizing foods such as green, fresh and raw vegetables, fruits, nuts and less acidifying foods like meat, dairy products, bread and sweets.

As any diet plan, it is always safe to consult your Family Physician, Dietician or Nutritionist before you start it.  This will ensure that it will not affect any existing medical condition you may have or will not create any reason for your illness to get worst.  Remember, your reason for changing your eating habits is to get back to having a sound and healthy body so you can enjoy life the way it is intended to be.
