Green Raw Soup
2 pcs | Avocado | |
1 pc | Onion (diced) | |
2 cloves | Garlic (roasted) | |
1 to 2 cups | Alkaline Water or Alkaline Vegetable Stock | |
1 pc | Cucumber (peeled, seed removed) | |
½ Lemon | Juice the lemon | |
1 tbsp | Parsley | |
1 tbsp | Cilantro (diced) |
Put all ingredients in a blender except the onions; add alkaline water or the alkaline vegetable broth based on your preference of thick soup or light soup. Once you accomplished the right consistency and thickness of the soup, add the diced onions on top of the soup then serve hot.
Tomato and Avocado Soup
5 pcs | Ripe Tomatoes | |
½ pc | Spring Onion | |
1 cup | Alkaline Vegetable Broth (from alkaline water + favorite raw veggies) | |
2 pcs | Avocados | |
½ tsp | Dill Seeds | |
Salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper to taste |
